Returns and Exchanges

Here at Hailee Grace we want you to be completely in love with your purchase! We offer full refund within 14 days from purchase and then your item(s) become FINAL SALE. Here is how to return:

To ship an item back to Hailee Grace please:

  1. Login to your account and submit your return request under recent orders.

  2. We will issue you a return label via email. 
  3. For exchanges: please indicate the desired size in your account under recent orders. We recommend you contact us to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.

  4. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.

  5. Mail your package using one of the following methods:

    1. Drop your package at a UPS or USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Click here to find the closest location. []
    2. Leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick-up.


A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.



Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:


Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.


Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.


Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.


We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.


If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
